"Helpful with my return, just took a little time"
I had to do a return and customer service was actually nice about it. They didn’t make it complicated or give me a hard time, which I appreciated. It did take a bit longer than I expected to get a response, but they sorted it out in the end. Based on this one experience, I’d say they’re helpful overall, just maybe not the fastest.

"Actually really nice fabric"
I usually don’t buy into all the fancy wording companies use about fabric quality, but this one was better than I expected. It’s soft, not thin or cheap-feeling, and it still felt comfy after I washed it. Happy with it.

"Fits great, honestly comfy"
It fits me just right and feels really comfortable. I wasn’t expecting much, but it’s actually super nice to wear. Overall, a satisfactory purchase, I guess!

"Sizing was spot on"
I was a little nervous about ordering because sizing online can be so unpredictable, but this one was exactly right. I went with my usual size and it fit just like the size chart said it would, which was such a relief. No return, no exchange, no guessing game. It’s also really comfortable, so I felt confident wearing it right away. Definitely happy with this purchase.

"Took a bit longer than expected"
So, my order did show up. Eventually. The shipping was kind of slow though, longer than I was expecting. And the tracking just sort of stopped updating for a few days, which was a little annoying because I had no clue where it was. But once the package got here, everything was fine. Nothing damaged, items were good. Just wish the delivery part had been a little smoother.
